We understand that unexpected events happen. To be fair to all clients, we have the following policies in place:

- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated.

- If you "no-show" or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the total missed service will be charged. You will not be able to reschedule until the fee is paid.

- After three "no-shows," you will not be allowed to schedule future appointments.

 - Please plan accordingly and arrive on time out of respect for others with appointments following yours.

- If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your session may be shortened or need to be rescheduled.

- Our goal is to make your experience as relaxing and pleasant as possible. For comfort, safety, and liability reasons, please do not bring your children and/or pets to your appointment.

*Service animals are excluded.

- All sales on services are final. Credits and discounts are at the owner's discretion.

- Retail product returns are accepted only if unopened and within 7 days of purchase. Clearance items are final sale.

- Payments are due at the end of each service. We accept cash and debit/credit cards. No checks, please.
